After the acclaimed and long sold out 3LP edition, we are now pleased to offer the regular 2LP edition of Kankick's debut From Artz Unknown from 2001. The original LGB5 artwork has been reinterpreted by themselves to give the regular pressing a unique look and feel. Responsible for the beats on the album, the instrumentals between tracks work magically, creating a good mix between beats and lyrics for an album intended to showcase Kanzulu's production skills. Lots of jazzy compositions here, complete with trumpets, classical guitars, flutes, organs, rolling basslines, and some classy MCs. The Visionaries, Krondon, Planet Asia, Declaime, Phil da Agony, Dr. Oop, and Wildchild from Lootpack all drop verses. Overall, this album was well thought out and put together, an enticing combination. Kan Kick is a hip-hop producer from Oxnard, CA. He was once a member of Lootpack, but has gone on to work with Declaime, Tha Alkaholiks, and DJ Babu, among others. Kan Intro, Live As It Gets Feat Medaphoar ; Oh No, The 900's Feat Kubiq ; Shake, Kanstrumental Nº1, Love Hardcore (Underground) Feat Declaime, A Sight for Sore Evyes Feat Visionaries Scratches - Rhettmatic, Kanstrumental Nº2 (Silvery Moon), The Finer Things Feat Dr. Oop, Don't Fight That Feat Krondon Montage One Phil Da Agony ; Planet Asia, Kanstrumental Nº3, Deleting Programs Feat God's Gift, Kanstrumental Nº4 (Drunk Interlude), Just Methods Feat Montage One, Kanstrumental Nº5 (Spiritual Dojo), Toast to the Boogie Feat Declaime ; Poppy (Mad Men), Kanstrumental Nº6, On the Lookout Feat Kombo ; Wildchild (Lootpack), Kanstrumental Nº7, Rebel Music
