Windmill features the soulful vocal talents of London-based Afiya. Her voice transfixes, meandering and drifting over waves of gently probing break beats and a grainy synthesizer melody line to powerfully emotive effect. More wistful and somber still, Devotion combines ghostly atmospherics with the chilling vocal and violin contributions of accomplished LA-based musician Alicia Kiah.
