With tempos ranging from 95-140bpm, Ehua also uses custom made percussive samples and original vocals - spoken thoughts in reversed Italian on 'Black' - to harness different motions and states, collecting thoughts on organisms, frequencies and vibrations that we might not be aware of or perceive. These ideas and concepts take shape via a rich and experimental, six-track workflow that moves between the dark, sludgy broken-beats of 'Xantho' through to the unnerving, drone techno of 'Diatom' - a track written to mirror the darkest depths of the ocean.
