Vinyl LP pressing. Based out of the heartland in St. Louis, Missouri, Tilts delivers their vinyl debut album: twelve slabs of absurdly catchy rock and / or roll. These songs are heavy, tuneful, have damn nice actual singing and tight spice in all the right places. Guitarist / vocalist Andrew Elstner splits his time between Tilts and Torche (and used to play in Riddle of Steel) so you know he can shred. The band, rounded out by bassist Shawn Hart, guitar player Andy White and drummer Ken McCray, self-recorded the album in McCray's home studio, then had Richmond, Virginia, engineer Ian Whalen (Rah Brahs, Tombs, Lamb of God) re-mix the whole shebang. James Plotkin (Isis, Cave In, Thou) carefully mastered the recording specifically for vinyl and separately for the digital download, and it polishes up right nice! The twelve rockin', all-killer-no-filler tracks come on colored vinyl (limited to 500 copies) in nice, fancy packaging with a high-quality download of the full album. Super Ultra Mega, Mexiqo, It Helps, Whatever Happened, Palm Reader, Contractors to Her Majesty's Forces, Ozark Bowtie, Hot for Pizza, Burn Your Plans, Sidepipin', Give Me Some of Your Loving, Strongbow
