Sika by Georges Décimus, bass player of Desvarieux's band Kassav, features outer-national synth works driven by salsa-like percussions and sweet steel-drum melodies. It appeared on Décimus's solo debut La Vie (1983). Avèou Doudou, written by the former Kassav keyboarder Jean-Claude Naimro, was released in 1985. His tune spreads feathery synth-laden Caribbean boogie vibes. Do Bay Lan Main comes from zouk pioneer and former Kassav singer Patrick Saint-Éloi.
