Shortly after, Dan's brother Jeff joined the band on drums and the name was chosen shortly after. After several line-up changes, the band released a 4 song, self titled EP in the summer of 1995, before disbanding. In July 2010, Fetal Pig returned with a new revitalized line-up consisting of core members, Dan and Jeff with Charles Hoffman taking over on bass guitar. It was decided afterwards, the band would continue and Fetal Pig went into the studio to record their first full length LP 'Autopia'. Combining the ferocity of punk with the angular guitar dissonance of post-hardcore noise rock and the compositional ambition of progressive rock, the music of Fetal Pig is as schizophrenic and sarcastic as the lyrics within. The Dawning of Autopia, Inside the Pyramid, Concerns, Identity Crisis, Meaningless, Power Slide, In Your Head, The New Apostles, The Piano Movers (Bonus Track), Fetal Pig Vs.
