Vinyl LP pressing of this collection from the L.A. Punk legends. The Controllers were the first and the last band to play the legendary L.A. Punk Rock club the Masque. The band was formed by Johnny Stingray and Kidd Spike in the late spring of 1977. Like most of the early California Punk bands, their original releases have become extremely rare and very expensive items. They were around between 1977 and 1979. Guitarist Kidd Spike also played with the Gears and Johnny Stingray formed KAOS. Ex-members of The Controllers and the Skulls played together in Skull Control between 1991 and 1997. This album collects The Controllers' singles, unreleased tracks, as well as a few things by KAOS and Skull Control. (The Original) Neutron Bomb, Killer Queers, Slow Boy, Do the Uganda, Another Day, Electric Church, Jezebel, Suburban Suicide, Barnacle Bill the Sailor, Top Secret, Your World, Hot Stomp, White Trash Christ, Tail-Lights to Texas
